Ingredients
- 3/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water (or vegetable stock)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 1/2 tsp garlic (I used freeze dried)
- 2 tbsp white sugar
- a few shakes chili flakes (< 1/4 tsp)
Whisk together all ingredients. Pour 1/2 over vegetables as they are cooking. Pour in remaining sauce when you add back in the chicken.
Stir Fry Instructions
Chop veggies. Zucchini, mushrooms, red/orange bell peppers, broccoli, onions, chopped garlic.
Cook chicken in 1 tbsp of olive oil. Remove chicken. Get vegetables to about half cooked before adding back in meat.
