- 12 slices of bacon, fried and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Heat oven to 350…..Lightly grease 9 or 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion evenly over bottom of pie plate. Place remaining ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend on high speed 1 minute. Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Refrigerate any leftovers. Makes 6 servings.
Also works great with broccoli and cheddar cheese!
