LOVE this one! Never make less than a double batch. Never.
Mexican Bean Salad
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. minced onions
- 2 Tbsp. chili sauce
- 2 tsp. cider vinegar1 tsp. onion salt
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 4 drops of Tabasco
1 can whole kernel corn (drained) - 1 can kidney beans (drained)
- 1 can sliced ripe olives (drained)
Mix first 7 ingredients. Cover; chill. Drain and combine corn, beans and olives. Mix in dressing. Chill and serve.
I double this recipe…..doubled it makes enough to serve 10-12.
