Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 packet Onion Soup mix
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- Pace Picante Sauce or Ketchup) on top
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all together except Pace/ketchup for top. Cover with thin layer of ketchup or Pace. Place in a loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes (75 minutes). If browning too quickly, cover with tin foil.
