Crust Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sweet creamed butter, softened or melted
- 1 1/3 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
Filling Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- Powdered Sugar (to sprinkle on top)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine crust ingredients. Mix on low until blended. Pat into ungreased baking pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Combine eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder, and lemon juice for filling. Pour over crust. Return to oven for 18-20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Let cool before cutting. Cut into bars and store in an air tight container.
